We have been building relationships with UK institutional clients for over 60 years.
With in excess of £33 billion in assets, managed on behalf of both defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes in both the corporate and public sector, UK pension funds form a significant proportion of our global client base.
We offer UK pension schemes access to a wide universe of asset classes, with specialist capabilities in global and regional equities, fixed income, and a series of alternatives and structured products. Coupled with our suite of diversified growth and liability-driven investment products and a bespoke low governance, pension de-risking service called Flight Path, we offer a comprehensive range of products and services that are appropriate for the requirements of, and designed specifically for, UK pension schemes.

Schroders manages a diverse range of active equity products. We can provide UK pension schemes with access to specialist equity strategies on a single country, regional or global basis in both developed and emerging markets. Managed by our dedicated equity teams, our product suite includes fundamental and quantitative strategies encompassing a variety of styles, performance objectives and market capitalisation exposures. These strategies are available on both a pooled and segregated basis.
Our fixed income product offering extends to aggregate, government, credit and high yield portfolios offered on a global, regional and country specific basis. Accessed through a range of funds or segregated accounts, our fixed income capability is based on a research-intensive, globally integrated, credit and macro capability that supports local portfolio management teams in the UK, North America and Asia.
Schroders has dedicated alternatives portfolio management teams, with internal expertise in fund of hedge funds, emerging markets debt, commodities, currency and property. This specialism, coupled with the Schroder Diversified Completion Fund, which offers access to a diversified range of alternatives, managed both internally and externally, means Schroders can provide UK pension schemes with access to a wide universe of asset classes when considering an investment in the alternatives space.
